Lists of the papers published by the Society are available by clicking on the "Paper Summaries" link opposite.

Papers are published in hard copy and distributed to members as part of the membership benefits. In addition, they are also available for members to download from this site.

For instructions on how to obtain these papers, please read the information below.

To purchase printed papers, review the summaries of the available papers on the link opposite. Print out the completed order form and send it with your cheque (made payable to the Society of Construction Law Hong Kong) to the address on the form.



Papers which are available for viewing online and downloading are subject to the terms and conditions below. They are all in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format; if you do not have Acrobat Reader you can obtain it for free. (If you have problems, email our webmaster).

You may view/download these papers at no cost by logging in with your Membership Number and Password. If you are a member, you must first register your Membership Number and choose your password at Member registration. Once done you can log in at any time thereafter. If you have registered but have forgotten your password, you can request this information be emailed to you at your registered email address.
