The talk will cover the requirements for natural justice and independence of tribunals in international and domestic Hong Kong arbitration in light of recent changes to institutional rules and recent decisions of English Commercial Court in W Ltd v M SDN (2016) and Cofely v Bingham and Knowles Ltd (2016). He will provide practical advice for those working in the sector.
